One Week: July 15 20, 2018
Ten Day: July 15 25, 2018
Junior Camp: July 21, 2018
Students who love to just dance you dont want to miss the CSI Summer Dance Camp Intensive held on the beautiful campus of the College of Southern Idaho! The workshop provides intensive training to students ages 12(*) and up who have had a minimum of two consecutive years of dance. Students choose their schedules and take five to seven hours of class per day in ballet, jazz, funk, tap, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, modern, musical theatre, improvisation, and pilates. The camp features an impressive guest faculty of professional dancers and dance instructors from all over the country, bringing a wealth of talent and knowledge to assure each student achieves their highest potential. At the end of the day, all the hard work is offset with fun and exciting downtime activities such as game night, movies, a canyon excursion, swimming, a talent show, faculty chats, barbecues, and pampering night. There is also a junior camp designed to introduce younger students ages 9 through 11 to the concept of an intensive workshop taught by the regular camp faculty in a wide-range of classes over the weekend. Well-chaperoned dormitory housing and meals are available for all ages.
(*) 11-year olds may be accepted into the one-week camp based on their maturity and dance ability with prior written approval from their dance teachers.
